This honey coffee comes from Gaia, a 3.5-hectare organic farm near Celaque natural park. The coffee is grown at 1,650 meters above sea level under fruit and timber trees.

GAIA coffee farm supports the local community by improving facilities, buying equipment, offering scholarships, donating food, and providing training. They focus on helping people nearby. The farm also uses organic methods, encourages organic farming, and protects the forest on and around the farm.

After drying, the coffee is stored in Grain Pro Bags for 30 to 45 days before going to the dry mill for export preparation.
